Il Glicine
The flat Il glicine is on the ground floor, overlooking an inner courtyard of a beautiful building in Via dei Fondulo, in Cremona, a quiet street next to the 16th-century church of San Vincenzo, halfway between the railway station and Piazza Duomo, within easy walking distance.
With a large area (approx. 90 m2), the flat comprises a living room with a two-seater sofa bed, an open kitchen, two double bedrooms that can be converted into twin rooms, two bathrooms with showers, a large hallway serving the bathrooms and bedrooms, and a utility room with washer-dryer. Thanks to these features, the flat Il glicine can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The flat is equipped with all comforts: wi-fi and fast internet, TV, air conditioning, independent heating system, mosquito nets on windows, washer-dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave and ventilated oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, extractor fan.
The flat, with recently renovated bathrooms, is furnished with great care to the furniture, paintings and furnishings. The double exposure allows optimal brightness.

These prices are valid for renting the entire flat for a period of 1 to 6 nights:

- 2 guests 135 € / day
- 3 guests 155 € / day
- 4 guests 175 € / day
- 5 guests 195 € / day
- 6 guests 215 € / day
In the case of stays of 7 to 15 days you will receive a discount of 10% on the indicated prices.

If you are only 1 guest, you will have limited access to one room and its bathroom (while retaining exclusive use of the flat).

Tourist tax
Oany guest over the age of 14 is required to pay € 3 per night, only for the first 3 (consecutive) nights of their stay. The tourist tax is not included in the above prices and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

Check-in is permitted from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.

The flat is not equipped with a cot, but the guest can bring one from home.
Animals of any kind are not allowed in the flat.
For parking you can use the blue/white striped parking areas in Via Palestro or Viale Trento e Trieste. For timetables and rates see the Cremona Municipality website.
Alternatively, we suggest the multi-storey car park in Via Dante Alighieri 96 (always open, unguarded and free of charge), a 5-minute walk from the flat.
